This program applies once text messaging is enabled on your account. Text messaging is opt-in and is disabled by default.
This page describes the Diversified Check Studio account text messaging program, including how users opt in, the consent language shown at sign-up, and the messages we send. It is maintained by Diversified Check Studio, a product of Diversified SaaS, Inc.
Program overview
Diversified Check Studio sends automated transactional and security verification text messages to users who choose to enable text messaging on their account. This includes one-time security verification codes, login verification, password resets, and important account-security events. This is a transactional security program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program. Message frequency varies and depends on how often you sign in or perform a security-sensitive action. Message and data rates may apply.
How users opt in
SMS messaging is disabled by default. Opt-in happens inside the secure, authenticated account portal and requires an explicit, manual action by the user. There is no pre-checked box. No text messages are ever sent unless the user completes the consent step below. The exact steps are:
- The user creates a Diversified Check Studio account at diversifiedcheckstudio.com.
- The user signs in to their Diversified Check Studio account.
- They open Account Security & Two-Factor Authentication settings.
- Under Text message code, they toggle the option on, which reveals the mobile-number field.
- They enter their mobile number.
- They check the consent box (unchecked by default) agreeing to receive automated transactional and security verification text messages.
- They tap Text code; we send a verification code, and they enter it to confirm the number.
Until the consent box is checked and saved, the option to send a text stays disabled, and no SMS messages are delivered to the number.
What the opt-in screen looks like
The interface below mirrors the in-portal opt-in screen, including the consent checkbox and the exact disclosure text shown next to the phone-number field.
