Trademark Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains how the Diversified Check Studio name, logos, and brand assets may and may not be used. It protects customers from confusion about who is offering a product or service.

2. Our Marks

Our marks include the names Diversified Check Studio, Diversified SaaS, Inc., and Diversified Universal LLC, the Diversified Check Studio globe mark, the Diversified Check Studio wordmark, product and feature names, and the trade dress of the website and software.

These marks are owned by Diversified Check Studio and its affiliates. All rights are reserved.

3. Permitted Uses

You may, without asking permission:

• Refer to Diversified Check Studio by name in plain text to describe or review the product truthfully.
• State that your organization uses Diversified Check Studio to print checks.
• Link to DiversifiedCheckStudio.com.
• Use unmodified screenshots in reviews, tutorials, news reporting, and internal training, provided the context is accurate and does not imply endorsement.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership that does not exist.
• Use our marks, or anything confusingly similar, in your company name, product name, application name, or logo.
• Register a domain name, social media handle, or app listing containing our marks or a confusing variation.
• Use our marks in paid search advertising for competing products in a way likely to confuse.
• Modify, recolor, distort, animate, crop, or combine our logos with other elements.
• Use our marks on merchandise, packaging, or check stock offered for sale.
• Use our marks in a way that disparages us or is associated with unlawful activity.
• Claim any trademark rights in our marks or in a confusingly similar mark.

5. Logo Usage Rules

Where use of a logo is authorized:

• Use the files we supply, without alteration.
• Preserve the aspect ratio and the minimum clear space around the mark.
• Do not place the mark on a background that impairs legibility.
• Do not make our logo the most prominent element on your material.
• Use the globe mark for interface and small-format contexts, and the wordmark where a full lockup is appropriate.

6. Correct Naming

Use the full product name Diversified Check Studio on first reference. Do not abbreviate it, hyphenate it, translate it, pluralize it, or use it as a verb. Do not shorten the company name.

7. Third-Party Marks

Names of banks, printer manufacturers, software products, and other organizations that appear in our software or documentation are the marks of their respective owners. Their appearance is nominative and does not imply affiliation or endorsement, in either direction.

Customers must not reproduce a financial institution's marks or trade dress on a check without that institution's authorization.

8. Customer Content

Logos you upload to your account remain yours and must be lawfully yours to use. Uploading a mark you are not authorized to use violates the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Requesting Permission

For uses not covered above, including partner materials, press assets, and co-branded content, request written permission using the contact information below. Describe the intended use, the audience, and the duration.

10. Reporting Misuse

Report suspected misuse of our marks, including counterfeit offerings or impersonation, using the contact information below. Copyright concerns are handled under the DMCA Copyright Policy.

11. Enforcement

We may revoke permission at any time and may require correction or removal of any use that does not comply with this policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised. The Last Revised date and version number will be updated when it changes.
